TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Development and use of multimedia and software for teaching.

2. Immunological / immunodiagnostic tests like enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), dot immunobinding assay (DIA), immunoperoxidase techniques, lymphocyte stimulation test (LST), macrophage function test (MFT), fluorescent antibody test (FAT), Flow cytometery etc. and cytokine assays.

3. In vitro and in vivo testing of chemicals and drugs.

4. Experience of immunohistochemistry, histopathology, histochemistry, special stains and cryosectioning of animal tissues.

5. Experienced in various molecular biological techniques like electrophoresis and chromatographic techniques.

6.   Study of developmental biology, worked on developmental immunology during M.V.Sc.

7. Study on apoptotic cells, induction and identification/characterization of apoptosis.

9.  Working knowledge of MS office, Web designing and other windows based softwares.

10. Familiar with Bioinformatics software

11. Ability to adapt to new working conditions, communication, dedicated and quick learner.
